- Everyone has become more ingenious on how they document life’s events on social media
- Liu Fei made headlines when he proposed to his girlfriend of four years in front of a 33-ton meteorite
- The giant rock was sold to the young Chinese man for over a million yuan
Like what has been mentioned before, people are starting to improve their game on anything they post on social media.
They are usually photo opportunities of life’s events, such as graduation, wedding proposal, prenuptial shoot, and the like.
Speaking of wedding proposals, one of the most incredible we’ve seen so far is from this Chinese man, who had to do it in front of a 33-ton meteorite.
According to China News, Liu Fei has been dating W@ng Fangfang for the past four years but it was during their trip to a local collector last year that pushed the young man to incorporate the meteorite to his proposal.
When W@ng saw the giant rock and liked it, Liu saved up to buy it from the collector. It cost reportedly over 1 million yuan.
At least his investment wasn’t put to waste – his girlfriend said yes despite his bizarre gimmick.
What do you think of his unconventional proposal?
Were you touched by his effort or do you think the meteorite was not necessary?
