Jollibee has recently made the Internet landscape in the Philippines cry with their trilogy of heartbreaking advertisements.

The three videos that were just in time for Valentine’s day, became popular with Filipino netizens and has even reached some International recognition.

Now it is back to make our hearts melt.

This time, it’s not a commercial online. A netizen by the name of Tel Bartolo posted a simple photo with a Jollibee employee.

The touching part about it is that Ella, is a PWD employee who is deaf.

Many netizens just like Tel were amazed that someone like her is a hardworking employee and that Ella didn’t let her condition get the best of her.
