A drug addict was arrested in Malabon City after he reportedly raped a 14-year old Grade 9 student last January 31, 2017.

Based on the police reports, the drug addict came from a party and was drunk when he was heading home. Upon passing by the 14-year old teenage boy who was just right outside his house, he dragged him into a secluded area and raped him.

Despite the teenager’s efforts to fight him, the drug addict was too strong. After abusing the teenager, he took his cellphone and ran away.
