On January 2, a footage showing an alleged successful discovery started to make the rounds on social media.

After decades of digging and hunting in hopes of striking rich, the quest for the lost treasure has ended.
That was according to some locals who believed they have found the most precious trove of golds.
Filipino hunters concluded they spotted the mythical treasure inside a cave in the country.
However, it was said that miniature bombs were implanted around the location, barring the locals to get the treasure.
