Many Filipino netizens were deeply touched after seeing a cute and heart-warming video of a Jollibee mascot helping an elderly woman cross a road.

The video shows the elderly woman in front of a Jollibee branch and having a difficult time getting to the other side of the road.
A few seconds later, a Jollibee mascot approached her and offered a helping hand.

The mascot then held her hand and waved to the other vehicles in order to make them stop so that the old woman could cross safely.
The people inside the car who were recording the heroic incident were not the only ones who found the video sweet but also many social media users!

“Saludo kami sa empleyado na ito. Sana mapromote siya kasi maganda ang puso niya. Karamihan kasi wala na pake sa mga hirap na dinaranas ng matatanda,” a netizen said.
(I salute this employee. Hopefully, he would be promoted for his good heart. Most people nowadays do not care about the difficulties of old age.)
Other netizens also commented that if more people were as helpful as the Jollibee mascot in the video, the world would be a much better place.
