- Netizens revived the open letter of broadcast personality Lourd de Veyra to Bossing Vic Sotto

- Bosing Vic recently expressed disappointment over the official entries in the 2016 MMFF
Netizens brought back the controversial open letter of broadcast journalist Lourd de Veyra to Bossing Vic Sotto after the 2013 Metro Manila Film festival where the Eat Bulaga dabarkads starred in the festival's official entry "My Little Bossings".
Facebook users started sharing the open letter from spot.ph where Lourd was a blogger. He expressed his dismay after watching Bossing's film starred by Vic himself with Ryzza Mae Dizon, Bimby Yap, and Kris Aquino.
Lourd criticized the storyline of the film, saying it was "minadali". Lourd added:
The author/musician/radio jock/TV personality further expressed his diappointment with the film, explaining the importance of creating meaningful films. Lourd added:
To whom much is given, much is required, ika nga ng Bibliya."
Bossing Vic recently expressed his disappointment after his film “Enteng Kabisote 10 and the Abangers” was not included in the official entries of this year's MMFF.
