Kapamilya actor and TV host is just one of the famous personalities who engage their bashers in social media. Despite his busy schedule, Luis finds time to respond to bashers who get on his nerves and considers it as a "mental exercise".
According to the 'Minute to win it' host, he has been responding to bashers ever since explaining that he does not tolerate such people. He said:
"Para sa akin, when people ask me kung bakit ako pumapatol sa bashers, I found the perfect quote: "We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, not the victims. Silence encourages the tormentors, never the tormented.”
“So, pag bina-bash ka, dapat tahimik ka lang? Ibig sabihin tino-tolerate mo. Di ba silence encourages the tormentor?"
Luis said that him, responding to bashers shows his real "karas" characteristic without being pretentious. He added that slamming bashers does not make him a bad person, instead he considers it as a mental exercise.
“Sabi ko, for me, yung pagsasagot ko sa bashers, it's a mental exercise. Kasi para sa akin dapat makasagot ako within five seconds. Pag sumasagot ako sa bashers, akala nila pikon ako. Tumatawa ako sa kotse. Sabi ko that means that there are no happy bashers."
Luis then said that he would rather show his real self that pretend to be a kind person in-front of the camera.
"Para sa akin, it goes to show na kung anuman ang ginagawa mo, papalag at papalag ako sa sinasabi mo, and I'm sorry, at least kung paano ako sumagot sa mga bashers ko, karas ako, e."
Luis previously defended Jessy Mendiola from a basher who insulted his rumored girlfriend in Instagram.
