The 65th Miss Universe competition will be hosted by the Philippines next year.
Miss Universe Organization signed the deal on Wednesday with its partner organizations Solar Entertainment Inc., Department of Tourism (DOT), SM Lifestyle Entertainment Inc., and Okada Manila.
The official Facebook fan page and website for the Miss Universe 2017 were also launched during the contract signing.
The beauty pageant is scheduled on January 30 next year at the Mall of Asia (MOA) Arena where as many as 15, 000 guests can be accommodated.
Ladies from all over the globe representing their respective countries will tour the Philippines' attractions weeks before the much-coveted pageant night.
The provinces of Vigan, Cebu, Baguio, and Davao will play major part of the pre-pageant activites like National Costume contest, Governor's Bal, National Gift Auction, and Coronation Ball and the like.
Will the Philippines win the Miss Universe title just like in the recent Miss International 2016 where Kylie Verzosa bested all the women? We will see!
