The queen has arrived - it comes naturally that her return will be a grand celebration.
Miss International 2016 Kylie Verzosa is now back in Philippine shores, which means incessant TV appearances in various networks.
During her interview with celebrated talk show host Boy Abunda, she revealed that she is ecstatic about her homecoming parade this Friday.
The parade will be held at the Araneta Center in Cubao, Quezon City.
Like most queens, she will not just get one parade but two - she will also have a victory parade at her hometown in Baguio City on November 26.
Despite her win, Kylie previously expressed that she wanted to represent the country for the upcoming Miss Universe pageant.
She reasoned that everything happens for a reason, which Tito Boy agreed with.
"Lahat ng hirap ko, lahat ng questioning, 'Did you [God] really put me here? Why?' and so [many other questions]. Sometimes it comes with struggles, a lot of doubting, but it [failures] makes you stronger as long as you learn from it," she said.
Now that she is back in the country, she wanted to meet President Rodrigo Duterte again.
Kylie shared that the president stopped for her when he was in Japan, and that resulted in their quick selfie together.
If given the chance to personally to talk to him, she shared that she will start the conversation by asking her if he still remembers her.
Kylie's hard work has truly paid off and we could not be more proud of her!
Just like Kylie is excited to back in her home country, actress Lupita Nyong'o shares the same sentiment with her when she returned to Kenya for a photo shoot.
