- Three stranded cows on a small land island were successfully rescued

The 7.8 magnitude earthquake that hit New Zealand resulted to a lot of devastation.
However, these three cows managed to find the perfect spot that shielded them from the destruction that ensued.
The only problem is, everything around them was destroyed, which left the three poor animals stranded on that small island for a long time.
Fortunately, good souls will always be around.
A farmer, together with several more individuals poured a huge effort in digging a path for the three animals to escape from the small island.
The farmer said that they initially determined whether the land was safe.
After making the determination, the rescue effort began.
According to the farmer, the cows were part of the group of 14 cows that he rescued.

Aside from being stranded helplessly, the cows also needed water. He also suspected that one or two of the cows lost calves during the earthquake, as they were “a bit distressed.”
Poor mother cows! This mother is quite lucky that all of her 14 children are all okay.
