The OFW mother can be seen in the video doing her best not to show her sadness in order to lessen her kids’ sadness.
“Ganito ang kadalasang eksena at pinagdadaanan ng mga OFWs bago umalis ng Pilipinas para mangibang bansa para mag trabaho nansaganon ay mabigyan ng magandang kinabukasan ang mga anak,” the netizen who shared the video posted.
(This is usually the scene that OFWs go through before leaving the Philippines to work abroad and provide a good future for their children.)

Many netizens expressed their sympathies for the family in the video and the other families of OFWs who go through the same heartbreaking moments when saying goodbye to each other.
“Sana ay maunawaan ng mga batang iyan ang sakripisyo ng nanay nila para sa kanilang kinabukasan. Sana rin ay magkasama sama na ang mga OFW at pamilya nila para magabayan nila mabuti ang mga anak nila,” a netizen said.
(I hope that these kids would understand their mother’s sacrifices for their future. I also hope that all OFWs will be reunited with their families in order for them to properly guide their children.)
