Simple. You just have to eat right the way Bossing does it!
His approach is as plain as this.
“If it’s not time to eat, I don’t eat.”
“Yeah. Hindi ako yung wild na eater. I really don’t follow a strict diet."
“But ako, I eat when it’s time to eat."
“Wala akong in between meals, bibihira.”
Normally, Bossing has three meals of the day.
Breakfast is the busiest meal of the day for him and his wife Pauleen Luna. But before everything else, they make sure to have their morning ritual first - prayer - before indulging into a hearty breakfast.
After that “simula na nga kuwentuhan nun. Plans for the day. Current issues. Kung ano yung mapag-usapan. Read the paper."
The couple would also find time traveling together to de-stress.
