- The “Concierge” present when Kim Kardashian was robbed in Paris, made shocking revelations
- The hotel STILL has not changed the security entry code on its front door
- The entire security system is very lax
The Concierge from the hotel Kim Kardashian was staying at in Paris when she was robbed, has made shocking revelations, saying he had warned, more that six years ago, on the security gaps the place had.
The man, who has been identified only by the name Abdulrahman, was held at gunpoint during the heist, when thieves stole around USD ten million worth of Kim’s jewels.
The Daily Mail team decided to go on a personal undercover investigation to check out the diverse security lapses surrounding the hotel. First of all, they found out the security code was still the same one, which made it possible for them to go inside. It has not been changed in six years, so apparently many people knew it.
They also confirmed CCTV cameras were not installed anywhere. This is said to be a deliberate measure taken by hotel authorities, in order to provide more privacy to its guests.
39-year old Abdulrahman, from Algerian origin, is considered an “exemplary” staff member, with years with unblemished work. He is angry at the entire scandal, stating that bosses at the independent firm in charge of the premise’s security do not care about it at all. He claims he had even told them someone “could die”, because of all the lax protection systems.
Abdulrahman also says nothing was locked. He now fears for his own security, and is planning on leaving with his familiy to his home country. The hotel employee is presently pursuing a doctorate at the Sorbonne University.
He was the only guard on duty when Kardashian was gagged, bound and robbed around 2.30am on October 3, at the Hôtel de Pourtalès.
