(Someone tipped us. Some OFWs there in Abu Dhabi called saying that's Kerwin lives near their building so I immediately dispatched a three-man team.)
Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa, Sr., has earlier confirmed in August, that his son, Kerwin is the same "Boss K" of the underground drug trade. The mayor has repeatedly pleaded for his son to surrender to the police after President Rodrigo Duterte gave a 24-hour ultimatum.
The alleged drug lord, however, had gone into hiding while the older Espinosa had surrendered to the police.
