- Farrah Fadli and her children went missing on Wednesday morning from her home in Ayr
- She left her children with a friend in Irvine on Friday evening
- Her children have been returned home to her family
Farrah Fadli (who is also known as Farrah Gillespie) disappeared from her home in Ayr on Wednesday morning at 11am. She left with her two children, McKenzie Scullion and Eva Kerr. McKenzie is 10 years old and Eva is 4 years old. Her family maintain that she has never done anything like this before. She has always kept them informed of her movements.
She visited a friend in Irving at about 7:15 pm on Friday night. The friend was asked to look after the children. Soon afterwards the friend alerted the family. The children are now safely at home with family in Ayrshire but there is no sign of Farrah.
Farrah is 29 years old. She has died blonde hair. She is 5ft 4in tall and has a slim build. The police do not have a description of the clothes she may be wearing.
There is growing concern for her safety. She has never disappeared before. The behavior is totally uncharacteristic. The family hope that she has not come to any harm.
Police are continuing their investigation and are trying to retrace her steps from her initial disappearance on Wednesday morning until she visited her friend on Friday evening. This may help discover where she may be now.
The police are appealing to anyone who may have seen her or may have any other information about her to please contact their nearest police station. If they could establish her steps from Friday night, it would help them in their investigations and the possible safe return of Ms Fadli.
