Instead of the usual Halloween decorations like pumpkin lanterns, scary masks and vampire costumes as themes for the Halloween season, the subdivision made a different Halloween theme with figures of dead bodies wrapped in a garbage bag with masking tape and a card board with sign “Huwag Tularan.” The dead bodies signify the victims of extra judicial killings happening in the country.

The entrance gate was decorated with miniature cemetery and zombie replicas but what really caught the attention were the figures of dead bodies beside the gutter that was wrapped in a garbage bag with masking tape.

It is a very important issue in our country right now that they decided to make it fun and put light into that ‘cardboard justice’ that is happening,” he added.
