Many netizens found the video extremely surprising and hilarious.

“Makabili nga rin ng kalabaw! Ganiyan na rin gagawin ko wala kasing pambilig ng sasakyan,” a netizen said.

(I should also buy a carabao! That is what I will do because I do not have the money to buy a car.)

However, other netizens expressed their concern that a hot-tempered motorist might get angry with them if they do it again.

“Anong pakiramdam noong nakita nyo sa video diba masaya? Kasi masaya silang mga bata.. pero ingat lng po kyo sa mga sasakyan may mga mainitin ulo na driver,” an online user explained.

(Are you not feeling happy while watching the video? That is because the children look happy. But they have to be careful if there is a car behind them being driven by a hot-tempered driver.)

Several netizens also expressed their disappointment because the carabao seemed to be struggling mightily while carrying and dragging the weight of the locals.

“Kawawa naman ang dami pang sakay. Alagaan mo yang karabao mo manong laking tulong na yan sa pangkabuhayan mo,” a social media user pointed out.

(I feel for the carabao because there are too many people riding it. Please take care of your carabao because it helps you with your livelihood.)
