- A man listed to be the number drug personality in Tubigon, Bohol was arrested during a buy-bust operation on Tuesday

- According to Tubigon police, Omania surrendered himself under the Oplan Tokhang but allegedly continued his illegal drug activities

During a buy-and-bust operation in the town of Tubigon in Bohol on Tuesday, October 12, police authorities were able to catch the suspected number 1 drug personality in the said area.
The undercover operation happened at around three in the afternoon.
Drug suspect Ariel Omania lives in barangay Cawayanan, Tubigon. The 33-year-old point of interest was said to have caught in the act selling the illegal substance to an accomplice who pretended to be a buyer.

According to a report, Omania was able to sell at least three small sachets of shabu amounting to P600. The suspect was immediately arrested after he sold the suspected illegal drugs.
Police from Tubigon claimed that Omania is identified as a drug pusher and had surrendered himself to authorities during their Oplan Tokhang campaign.

Despite the suspect having turned himself in to the Tubigon police, he was suspected to have resumed conducting drug activities.
Meanwhile, authorities have already filed criminal charges against Omania. The suspect has violated Section 5 and Section 11 of Republic Act 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Anti-Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
