- A Taiwanese news website published a video mocking Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte
- The video called the PH president a moron, Scarface and a Kim Jong Un wannabe, while he is dancing stupidly in a clown suit
- The video was met with criticisms from Duterte supporters
A Taiwanese video mocked Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte by dressing him in a funny clown suit and calling him a moron, Scarface and a Kim Jong Un wannabe.
While the video described Duterte’s humble beginnings in passing, it also revealed Duterte’s atrocities since he assumed presidency – from death squads to sucking up to China.
The subtitles read;
“If Scarface were [sic] a clown, he would be Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte.
Duterte comes from humble beginnings as a mayor, who ordered liquidation squads to kill criminals and opponents in gangland-style assaults that left about 1,000 dead.
After finagling his way into the presidency, he’s taken his executions nationwide with his anti-drug campaign, which has left more than 3,000 suspected drug users and dealers dead since taking over in June.
Duterte likes to talk tough, but he carries a little stick. His mouth has been writing checks, his country can’t cash
This moron thinks his allies are his enemies and that he can trust countries like China and Russia. And now he wants their weapons. Sucking up to China will totally make them share the South China Sea.
Someone needs to just take this Kim Jong Un wannabe out, and soon, before he really does some irreparable damage to the Philippines. Maybe it’s time he gets a little taste of his own medicine.”
The video was met with criticisms from Duterte supporters that thwart propaganda like this. The video was made by Taiwan-based news website, TOMO News. Duterte has been the star of international media and he has been gaining the attention of the bunch after his consecutive tirade to international personalities and groups like POTUS Obama, United Nations, and European Union.
