CCTV footage caught the moment a 5-year-old boy was terrorizing a housecat. He throws the poor cat into the bushes, punches it and kicks it, but even the poor cat has a limit and it gives the boy a swift attack.
Six-year-old pet Sky belongs to Neil Fisher, who owns his own security company. Neil’s CCTV cameras captured the little boy torturing his cat. After the cat suffered eight minutes of the child’s attacks she fought back and scratched his neck.
When Neil saw the footage he tried to confront the boy’s parents, but they shut the door in front of his face.
“It makes me so angry that anyone, even a child, thinks it’s OK to treat an animal like this,” said Neil.
He added: “It doesn’t say a great deal for their upbringing.”
The police aren’t able to charge the 5-year-old because he under the age of criminal responsibility.
