There is a new modus operandi in town as snatchers are now victimizing people during rush hour when everyone is in a rush to get home as soon as possible.
A video captured by a dashcam of a car caught snatchers in action. People are rushing to get the ride a jeepney on their way home. Two men who are the snatchers try to blend in alongside the passengers. It can be seen that the guy on red shirt has his hands inside the bag of one of the passengers.
After he got an item from the bag, which cannot be seen from the camera, he gave it to his accomplice who also tried to blend in with the crowd. In the end, the two snatchers did not get on a jeep and will most likely try to victimize a new set of rushing passengers when a new jeep arrives.
Commenters claimed that the location of the incident is in Marcos Highway. However, the exact location remained unknown.
There is a number of modus operandi. The public has been reminded to stay vigilant and be aware of their surroundings.
