- A Chinese woman proposed to her boyfriend, whom she haven’t dated for a long time, with a Harley Davidson Motorbike and a property deed
- The overwhelmed guy just nodded his head in agreement in front of the crowd
- When interviewed, the woman had no issues about proposing first because she believed she had found her true love
Gone are the good, old traditional proposals. Instead of going down on one knee before asking the big question, a man should belt out a musical number first or produce a gimmick his girlfriend wouldn’t think of.
However, even if you have watched countless proposals on social media, this woman in China might still surprise you.
Instead of waiting for her boyfriend to come up with an elaborate proposal, she came up to him first with things he couldn’t possibly say no to.
The guy must have had the surprise of his life when his girlfriend appeared in front of him while riding a Harley Davidson motorbike. While dressed in an elegant, white dress, she then went down on one knee despite the gathering crowd around them.
As if a motorbike which costs up to $1 million dollars isn’t enough, she also has a property deed in her hand and a bouquet of flowers.
Following that, she yelled how she had finally earned enough for the bike he wanted and asked him to marry her so she could put his name on the property deed.
Lost for words, the man didn’t say anything but simply nodded his head in agreement while smiling from ear to ear.
The lovely couple then sealed off their engagement with a kiss which delighted the people around them.
It seems like the proposal was over-the-top given that they haven’t been dating for a long time and the woman just came back from abroad after studying. However, she believed that she had found her true love and had no problem saving up for his dream bike.

When interviewed why she opted to make the first move, she told them that proposing is not only a man’s job. She said that she wanted to be more progressive and would rather ask than wait around for him.
“Time is not an issue; Live life to the fullest,” she said and that is exactly what she did.
People were also surprised by gender reversal since it was a known fact that Chinese men have a harder time finding a spouse instead of the other way around. The expensive cost of the wedding ceremony was the reason why there is a remarkably bigger number of bachelors in the country.
