- Austin Harrouff is a teenage cannibal murderer. He murdered a couple in South Florida and tried to eat the face of one of his victims!
- Police think the 19-year-old double murderer could have drank household chemicals before attacking the couple
- His motivations are unknown and no drugs were found in his system
On Monday a deputy responded to a 911 call. He was shocked at what he saw when he arrived!
He found the murderer eating the face off one of his victim's. When the deputy fired his stun gun at the teen it had no effect on him. Even when more officers arrived they could barely stop Austin from eating his victim's face. Even a police dog couldn't stop him.
"He was exhibiting abnormal levels of strength," said Snyder.
Reports say the couple often sat in their garage with the garage door open and enjoyed chatting while looking at the neighboorhood. That was probably what they were doing when they were attacked. "It was a random, unprovoked brutal attack on people enjoying a quiet South Florida evening," added the Sherriff.
The neighbour that heard the couple's screams tried to stop Austin but was stabbed. She is currently in the hospital.
New police reports have surface that indicate that Austin Harrouff, 19, the college kid that stabbed a couple to death and tried to eat the face off one of the victims, allegedly drank household chemicals he found in the couple’s garage.
Based on test results performed at a local hospital the teenager ingested “something caustic” before attacking his victims.
William Snyder, Martin County Sherriff, reported: "The hospital speculated, based on what they were seeing in his body fluids, that perhaps he had ingested something caustic from the garage."

Austin Harrouff taunted police officers that they woud find no drugs in his system, in addition, Martin had a number of Youtube videos in which he speaks of his contempt towards drugs. However, police believe he had been on a drug called flakka: “He exhibited every indication of a flakka overdose — abnormal strength, peeling off some of his clothes, making guttural sounds, fighting with law enforcement, not stopping when a tremendous amount of energy was expended by my deputies."
Just as the murderer told, no drugs were found in his system, although the search for unconventional drugs such as bath salts or synthetic drugs continues.
Investigators still don’t know what caused the teen to become violent and don’t know if he drank the caustic chemicals intentionally to hurt himself.
Before Harrouff was charged with double homicide he had no previous criminal record.
