Videos involving passengers of Cebu Pacific and its attendants went viral on Facebook. A page uploaded the said video, showing passengers who were complaining about the heat inside the airplane.
In one of the two videos uploaded, flight attendants were seen calmly talking and explaining the situation to an angry passenger who was complaining about the plane, staying still for almost two hours. Another video shows other passengers who were constantly fanning and whining at the same time.
