In the middle of a heavy downpour on August 20, Facebook user IC Calaguas posted photos of a traffic enforcer who seemed invincible despite the freezing rain.
Calaguas said that the enforcer whom he saw managing the traffic in Angeles, Pampangan while he was on his way home, is someone to look up to for doing his work well and showing more than what was expected from him.
This courageous man was identified as Jojo Maninang.
According to those who witnessed his bravery, what he did amidst all odds is a true display of public service.
