- The green and white taxi stopped abruptly without parking properly along E. Rodriguez Ave. after it was pulled over by two commuters.
A traffic enforcer had a freak accident near Reliance IT Center at E. Rodriguez Ave. The whole incident was captured by a dashcam that happened to be at the right place at the right time.
One can see how the events unfolded in the short video clip posted by the owner of the dashcam.
The video started with a normal traffic scene along E. Rodriguez Ave., with the most prominent individuals being the two commuters standing at the side of the road. The two were apparently waiting for an empty taxi to bring them to their destinations.

Finally, an empty green and white taxi came along and the two commuters just felt so lucky.
So the green and white taxi was cruising at a relatively fast speed, which was why when he noticed the two commuters signaling for him to stop, he had to stop abruptly, without parking properly at the side of the road.
Unfortunately, a white taxi was following closely behind the green and white taxi, which also had to make a complete stop so as to avoid bumping the taxi before it.

The white taxi however was the least casualty because it was the poor traffic enforcer who sustained the worst injury.
He must have also been in a hurry, which was why he wasn’t able to stop gradually, but had to hit on the brakes quite abruptly.
Just like with any moving object, his inertia was still at full speed and stopping the motorcycle immediately threw him off the motorcycle.
When he fell, he sat down for a couple of seconds, checked his limbs, before he finally got up. He also bent down to check on the rear of the taxi, and seeing that the damage was almost negligible, must have informed the taxi that everything’s all fine. So the white taxi just went on its way.
Some Facebook users said that it was the green and white taxi’s fault because it stopped abruptly and didn’t park properly. Others said that the traffic enforcer’s fault anyway because he was also speeding on the highway, which was why he didn’t get to stop in time.
