Anne Pesce had been suffering from chronic back pain for decades. The 85-year-old woman has a herniated-disc, scoliosis and osteoporosis. Now that’s cocktail of back pain you wouldn’t wish on your worst enemy!
Anne complained that often the pain would become so debilitating that she would be confined to a wheelchair and would have to be carried up and down stairs.
The poor woman went to all the doctors, chiropractors and back specialists. But to no avail, it seemed her back pain was just worsening.
That was until the day Anne decided she would try yoga. It first came with great difficulty, but the more she trained the more flexible and healthy her back became. And in just two short months Anne seemed a different person.
Anne thanks her yoga instructor, who specializes in people who deal with similar back pain. Thanks to their yoga workouts Anne has been liberated from her back problems.
