- ‘Game Changer’ co-host Javi Benitez admitted that he admires ‘Dolce Amore’ star Liza Soberano during the launch of his show’s latest season
- Benitez, aside from being a congressman’s son, has also hosted defunct show ‘Sports Kidz’ and has been a kart racing champion
- Soberano, on the other hand, is reportedly in an ‘exclusive’ relationship with her co-star, Enrique Gil
Despite Enrique Gil admitting that he is in an ‘exclusive’ relationship with his ‘Dolce Amore’ co-star Liza Soberano, he might have to be on guard now another celebrity has planned on courting her.
Javi Benitez, the 21-year-old host of ANC show ‘Game Changer’, has announced to the press he is a self-confessed ‘stalker’ of the actress.
“Yes, I admire her beauty and I stalk her on Instagram and other social media accounts,” he said during the launch of the fourth season of the tech and business show.
Javi, who is also the scion of Negros Occidental Rep. Alfredo ‘Albee’Bantug Benitez, shared that he has personally met Liza in Negros while working on a project there. “I would like to get to know her better and from there, court her,” he added.
Javi is not new to showbiz – having hosted ‘Sports Kidz’ in Studio 23 in 2006 – and even has a stint as an athlete. He has been a kart racing champion, a title he shares with another ‘Dolce Amore’ star, Matteo Guidicelli.
Now that he is back hosting the latest season of ‘Game Changer’ with his father, he hopes that he would be able to represent the generation of today - well-versed in social media and adept in gadgets. He added that the program will also showcase Filipino products and services, as well as business innovations in various provinces.
