- DJ Chacha Balba has spoken on issues regarding Pinoy Big Brother and claimed that it was not scripted
- She exited from the house because she had been missing her family and was concerned about her job
- Her actions saved Brazilian-Japanese model Hideo Muraoka from being evicted
Following her voluntary exit from the ‘Pinoy Big Brother’ house in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, DJ Chacha Balba shared her experiences from the show on ‘Failon Ngayon’ on Monday, July 25.
Stating the reasons as to why she auditioned for ABS-CBN’s reality show, she admitted that she was more interested to learn if it was scripted. The knowledge of the matter was more of her concern rather than the astounding cash prize.
In order to give light to the rumors, DJ Chacha stressed that the show was not staged. Further saying that they were not assigned roles and given scripts that would demand them to become emotional or pick a fight with other housemates. As for those who refused to believe her words, DJ Chacha challenged them to enter the house and see the situation for themselves.

When asked on why she left the house early in the game, DJ Chacha confessed of missing her family, especially her child. She described her life inside the widely known house as difficult and crazy ride, expressing her awe to OFWs who have no choice but to get separated from their own families.
In her talk with ‘Kuya’ during the show's Sunday episode, she told him of how she worries about the possibility of losing her work if she would prolong her stay inside his house – informing him too that she single-handedly raises her child.
DJ Chacha could not hide her happiness and excitement that she could finally spend some time with her loved ones again, but was quick to assure that she had a great time in the program as the experience taught her a lot of things.
Brazilian-Japanese model Hideo Muraoka was supposed to be evicted until DJ Chacha’s decision to leave the house on her own accord saved him.
Contrary to the past seasons of ‘Pinoy Big Brother,’ the viewers were unable to vote on who they preferred to be evicted. It was Muraoka who had the poorest performance on their ‘Ligtask Challenge’ which caused him to be nearly sent out of the house. -Kami Media
