- Karla Estrada expressed that she does not worry about her friend Kris Aquino’s comeback

- She reasoned that the show ‘Magandang Buhay’ was included in her contract and that she knows the management would do what’s best for both of them

- In addition, she quipped that their talk show has been receiving high ratings

Actress and TV host Karla Estrada shared her thoughts regarding Kris Aquino’s return to the television screen as the latter formerly occupied the timeslot for Estrada’s morning talk show, ‘Magandang Buhay,’ along with co-hosts Melai Cantiveros and Jolina Magdangal.

Reporters from ABS-CBN News were able to ask for Estrada’s reactions during an interview on the set of the actress’ sitcom, ‘Funny Ka, Pare Ko’ with Bayani Agbayani on Monday, July 25.

Estrada did not show signs of worry despite Aquino eyeing for a comeback. She assured that her current projects were simply included in the contract she signed with the management.

When pressed further with the possibility of Aquino being handed back her usual timeslot – replacing Estrada’s show in the process – she reasoned that she would follow whatever the management thinks is best as she attributed her success to the bosses of the Kapamilya network.

Based on TV ratings, Estrada boasts of how high their show was being received as they sometimes reach 12%. She jokingly added that they even managed to beat ‘TV Patrol’ and ‘Ang Probinsyano’ which even hit a 46.7% recently.

She also spoke about her life on the set of the talk show, saying that she and fellow hosts do not encounter problems as they easily get along and were having fun.

Although Estrada and Aquino have not spoken to each other for a while following the Queen of All Media’s months-long break due to health problems, the former insisted that they remain good friends and was supportive of Aquino’s homecoming.

Furthermore, Estrada said that she has not yet been informed of any changes.

It was last week when Aquino took to Instagram her meeting with the heads of the network to discuss her return. However, both parties still have not confirmed if they have reached an agreement yet.
