Ready to die? July 29 is apparently the end of the world

- The end of the world is on July 29 based on a video posted by End Time Prophecies.

- The video shows that those who are not devout Christians will be killed by an angry Jesus

- This is one of the many videos that claimed the end of the world is already in the corner

All of us want to live long lives before the end of the world, travel the globe, raise a family of our own, change what we can change, and live life to the fullest. After all, we have always been told that [we] only live once.

Apparently, all the fun ends on July 29 – the end of the world. The day were all the tiny bits that compose the world we live in comes crumbling down. It is the time where entire cities succumb to the Earth’s magnetic poles reversing.

Based on an article published on Metro, this prediction is somehow based on the End Time Prophecies. It is bya one of the many groups who have released their prediction for this year. Most of them, thankfully, have been proven to be false. However, let us still give it a shot.

A video posted on the site shows an angry Jesus (which, by the way, already contradicts the image of Jesus most of us have come to know) riding a white horse. To make it more nonsense, JESUS (YES! CAPSLOCK JESUS) was killing everyone (the man who died for all of us is now out to kill everyone) except devout Christians. These Christians (ehem! Does that include the self-proclaimed Christians, too?) will obviously go with him to heaven. A twist on rapture times!

The video also scares the nerves all over your body as Bible verses (yes, apparently a lot of them) and dodgy science (baseless, self-made science) is displayed on the screen.

The video starts with something like this:

This is Armageddon News. In this broadcast we’ll discuss the second coming of Jesus Christ, which occurs at the same time as a magnetic polar flip and catastrophic global earthquake. On the day which Jesus returns, there will be a polar reversal.

The polar flip will make the stars race across the sky, and the vacuum created by the reeling of the Earth will pull the atmosphere along the ground, trying to catch up. The global earthquake will be so bad that every hill and mountain will crumble.

To prove their stand on all these end-time happenings, the video quotes a Bible verse, and of all the Bible verses they can quote from the Bible, they chose Revelations 6:12. It states:

It states: There was a violent earthquake, and the Sun became black like coarse black cloth, and the moon turned completely. The stars fell down to the Earth, like ripe figs falling from the tree when a strong wind shakes it. Every mountain and island is moved from its place.

For those who have no idea what the book of Revelations actually is all about, they would really be scared to death – they could even die from a heart attack! However, what this group forgot is the fact that there are five chapters before Revelations 6, and at least 26 other books in the New Testament alone that seems to disapprove of their claim.

Anyway, 13 days to go. What are your going to do in the last days of your life? You only live once.
