Typhoon Butchoy is on its way exiting Philippine's Area of Responsibility and heads to Taiwan. However, the typhoon influenced Southwest Monsoon and brought rain to parts of Luzon and Visayas. Follow our live blog for the latest weather updates.

6:00 PM: Orange Warning Level: Zambales with threat of flood.

Yellow Warning Level: Metro Manila, Bulacan, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, and Cavite. Expect flood in low lying areas.

Batangas, Nueva Ecija, Laguna, and Rizal will experience light to moderate rains with occasional heavy rains, which may persist for three hours.

5:53 PM: Flood Alert: North and southbound lanes of R.Papa 5th Avenue not passable to light vehicles.

5:22 PM: Flood Alert: Quezon Ave. in gutter deep flood, but still passable to all types of vehicles.

10:20 AM: Thunderstorms expected in Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Northern Mindanao, Davao Region, Cebu, and Albay within 12 hours.

9:00 AM: Red Warning Level: Zambales - Serious flooding experienced in flood prone areas.

Orange Warning Level:

Yellow Warning Level: Tarlac, Cavite, Batangas, Pampanga. Possible flooding in low lying areas is expected.

Light to moderate rains in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna and Nueva Ecija may persist within three hours.

8:35 AM: GALE WARNING: Southern Seaboards of Southern Luzon (Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Masbate, Burias Islands, and Southwestern coast of CamSur, Albay and Sorsogon); wind force (kph/knots) 52-63/28-34; wave heights(m)3.4-4.5 . Fishing boats and other small seacrafts are advised not to venture into the sea, while larger sea vessels are cautioned against big waves.

7:10 AM: Orange Warning Level in Zambales and Bataan, while Yellow Warning Level up in Cavite and Batangas. Possible flooding in aforementioned areas.
