- Kris Aquino bares her plans for Citizen Noy's homecoming after stepping down
- She posted on Instagram words of thanks and prayers for the Presidential Security Group and the incoming leaders
- PNoy will bond with Kris's children as a regular citizen once again
Kris Aquino expressed her willingness to take care of her older brother now that Benigno Aquino III has ended his term as the 15th president of the Philippine Republic.
Yesterday, a few hours before PNoy's official last day, Kris took to her Instagram account to share how her family will be there for the former leader.
“In less than 15 hours, ready to take care of #CitizenNoy #FamilyFirst,” started Kris on her post on Wednesday, June 29.

She also recalled notable instances during her brother's six-year term.
“When I was praying last night, I thanked God for the memories we will treasure. What stood out in my heart was the opportunity to have been in the presence of @franciscus, attending His Mass w/ all other Filipinos who share our faith, and all the times Tito Noy made an extra effort to include Kuya Josh & Bimb,” she said.

As he leaves the comfort of Malacañang, PNoy will be returning to his family home in Times Street in Quezon City.
His sister also shared, “In case you get lonely, you have 3 noisy, makulit, energetic house mates (Kuya Josh, Bimb, and me) ready to occupy your guest room & keep you company whether you like it or not.”

The once-Presidential daughter and sister also thanked the Presidential Security Group on her post saying that they did an excellent job of taking care of her whole family.
She also offered a prayer for the new President Rodrigo Duterte and Vice President Leni Robredo.
“May God continue to bless President Duterte & Vice President Robredo, the success of our leaders is also the success of our country. MABUHAY ANG DEMOKRASYA!,” she added.
In an interview for GMA's Saksi, Kris shared some of their preparation for welcoming PNoy back to their home.

“Meron kaming mga last minute na chineck kasi hindi niya pa nakikita. He has not been inside the house. Yung mga sisters ko ang nakialam. Yung for tomorrow, at least pagdating niya, may food, may naghanda,” she said in the interview.
(We had last minute checks because he still hasn't seen those. He has not been inside the house. My sisters arranged it. For tomorrow, when he returns, there's already food prepared.)
Kris shared that his sons asked their Tito Noy to take them to the beach. They had also listed movies for the now former president to watch with them.
