- Tongan actor Eric Tai dances better than anyone out there despite his bulky size
- Eric is married to Filipina Rona Samson
- Eric shows off his dance moves in what he calls "Big Boy Dance"
Meet Eric Tai, a Tongan actor and TV host who has the body of a Greek god, the heart of a Filipino, and the moves of the famous American performer Beyoncé. Despite his bulky size, he’s able to dance better than anyone out there.
Eric Tai, also known as Eruption, came from New Zealand but has fell in love with the Philippines and has decided to stay here. Back then, he first entered Philippines and served as a missionary spreading a word of God. His second stay was when he played for the Philippine’s Volcanoes team, which made him stay in the country for good.
He also graced the runways of Cosmopolitan magazine’s Bachelor Bash a few years ago. He made the ladies scream in delight when he went topless and showed off his big and muscular body.
Now, he’s not a bachelor anymore and he is currently married to Rona Samson.
Eric used to act in some of ABS-CBN’s shows and has been one of the staple hosts of noontime show “It’s Showtime.” This year, however, he has parted ways with the show and focused more on his family and health.
Nowadays, the big hunk is showing off another skill on social media. This muscular hunk actually has some moves! He calls his dances as “Big Boy Dance,” which is really apt for his large physique.

This Tongan hunk also has some swag! He can krump, pop and lock, and deliver fast moves.
Eric is a hunky dancer who’s not afraid to do some feminine moves and hard hip-hop dances as well.
