Do you wake up between 11PM and 1 AM?
Your gallbladder is active this time, breaking down all the fat intake during the day. If you wake up at this time of the night, you need to eat more and more healthy fats. If you also being self-judgmental, you can also be awake during this time.
If you wake up between 1 AM and 3 AM...
If you wake up during this time, it means you have too much load on your liver. Between 1AM and 3AM is the liver's time to do its job. You need to cut on your alcohol intake and also fix your diet. Other problems that may keep you awake at this time are anger, rage, and guilt.
Do you wake up between 3AM and 5AM?
Waking up at this time bracket means that you are depressed. The feeling of grief and sadness are strong at this time. Your lungs are also working to collect oxygen and supply it to your body systems. If you wake up at this time, you need to breathe cleaner air and take a healthy diet.
If you wake up between 5AM and 7AM...
Your large intestine gets active at this time so you are definitely moving your bowels during this schedule, too. Waking up at this time means you are being impatient about your personal growth. You need to drink lots of water to stop the problem.
