Heart Evangelista, a Filipina actress and socialite, recently answered a netizen's query about her dad being absent from her renewal of vows.

Previously, on Thursday, February 15, Heart and her husband, Chiz Escudero, decided to renew their wedding vows in Balesin Island, Quezon.

Among those who were present at the grand event was Heart's mother, Cecile Ongpauco. However, her dad, Reynaldo Ongpauco, was nowhere to be seen.

Following this news, Heart took to Instagram to finally post the recap of her renewal of wedding vows with Chiz, which was taken by Bob Nicolas.

However, in the comments section, one netizen could not help but ask where Heart's father was after congratulating the couple on their renewal.

"Congratulations po, sorry to ask po, bakit wala po si daddy?" one netizen asked to which Heart simply replied, "He is recovering :)" in the comments.
