10. Mark Bautista
Mark Baustista was discovered as a talented singer when he became a finalist for Star For A Night back in 2003. Since then, his careers in singing, showbiz, and even commercials have skyrocketed. Rumors about him being gay started when last 2011, his name was involved in the Piolo Pascual and KC Concepcion breakup. According to some allegations, Mark was the reason of the breakup because he was having an affair with Piolo.
9. Paolo Ballesteros
Paolo Ballesteros is a Kapuso TV host, actor, dad, and world-renowned makeup artist. His nature was unknown a few years ago but now fans have speculated that he is gay because of his makeup transformation posts and cross-dressing in the noontime show Eat Bulaga. In various interviews, however, he has denied that he’s gay and he says that he likes to keep his fans guessing.
8. Erik Santos
Professional singer Erik Santos started out when he won Star In A Million back in 2003. He’s also an actor TV host, and even a commercial model. Throughout the years, Erik wasn’t involved in any romantic relationships with women that made some people think he’s probably gay. He has denied the rumors, however, and to prove it, he also admitted that he’s dating fellow singer Angeline Quinto. The question now is: Is she just a beard?
7. Prince Stefan
Prince Stefan is a half-Arab actor who started out in GMA 7 but moved to ABS-CBN a few years ago. He was linked to model Ian Batherson two years ago but he has denied it. A few weeks ago, however, Keana Reeves declared that the actor is gay and evading his taxes in retaliation to the mean things he allegedly said to the actress.

Sam Milby might not have won Pinoy Big Brother during his season, but he sure won the hearts of many gays and girls. In fact, it has been rumored that he also won the heart of Piolo Pascual. According to the publicist and former gossip talk show host, Lolit Solis, she saw the two being sweet and having a date back in 2007.
5. Martin Del Rosario
The Kapuso actor Martin Del Rosario is not shy on taking gay roles for teleseryes. Is it because it’s easy for him to act gay because he is also one? Fans have drawn conclusions that he is after seeing some of his photos with model Zuher Bautista online. It has been speculated also that Zuher took Martin’s viral nude photos.
4. Ahron Villena
Ogie Diaz claimed two years ago that Ahron Villena has a gay benefactor that gives him everything he needs. He replied to this in a post saying that people shouldn’t be so envious of him and that they should just mind their own business. He didn’t confirm nor deny this allegation. Just recently, his friend Kakai Bautista denied the gay rumors for him.

The Kapamilya actor and model Enchong Dee’s nature has always been in question. Rumors stating that during his college years, Enchong was effeminate. He has proven his fans wrong when he dated Julia Montes then Samantha Lewis. But with a viral photo last year, fans have questioned Enchong once again. In the photo, the swimmer-turned-actor is seen looking lovingly at Piolo Pascual.

Yaya Dub’s onscreen partner is the top alleged gay Filipino actor. Photos have circulated online that prove Alden’s questionable nature. In a viral photo, Alden is seen being intimate with fellow Kapuso actor Derrick Monasterio. A few other photos have also been released online of Alden with two other non-showbiz guys.
