Piolo Pascual, on his 46th birthday, became a topic in the latest episode of Cristy Fermin’s program, “Cristy Ferminute.”

During the said radio show, Cristy enthusiastically aired, “Uy, birthday ngayon! Romel, birthday ngayon ni Piolo Pascual. 1997 siya ipinanganak.”

She then went on to claim that because of Piolo’s age, many people have been asking him why he is not married yet.

“Ang daming nagtatanong, 'Ganito na ang edad mo bakit hanggang ngayon hindi ka pa rin nag-aasawa?' Yan ang tanong kay Piolo,” said Cristy.

“Unang-una, maligayang kaarawan kay Piolo Pascual. Pangalawa, sabi nila dalawang bagay lang 'yan e kapagka sa ganyang edad ay hindi pa rin nag-aasawa ang isang lalaki,” she continued.

The veteran showbiz columnist then enumerated, “Una, siguro gusto niyang maging matandang binata. Pangalawa, siguro meron siyang hinahanap na mga katangian sa babae na hindi pa niya nakikita. 'Yun lang naman 'yon diba?”

Piolo Pascual is a famous actor and endorser in the Philippines. He appeared on TV shows like Gimik and Mara Clara during the early 90s. He rose to prominence after being paired with Judy Ann Santos, with their love team becoming the talk of the town during the early 2000s. They did four multi-awarded movies during that time — Till There Was You, Kahit Isang Saglit, Don't Give Up on Us, and Bakit Di Totohanin.

In a previous report, Lolit actually penned an appreciation post for hunk actor Piolo Pascual. She wrote that Piolo is right that a person can be happy despite being single. Additionally, she said that the proof of Piolo’s genuine kindness is that he has forgotten what she did to him in the past. Lolit did not specify in the post what she did but it can be recalled that she claimed many years ago that she saw Piolo and Sam Milby being close and whispering to each other at a hotel.

Piolo’s cryptic post also made the rounds on social media. On his Twitter account, the actor penned that people can’t just shut their eyes and hope the world has changed when they opened it. His tweet then garnered numerous comments from netizens. Many of these netizens agreed with the 45-year-old celebrity’s sentiment.
