“Ang sarap kayang mawasak ang puso," the actress said somewhat in a jest.

She then took on a more serious tone and elaborated on why it is sometimes better for a person's heart to be broken.

Julia said it makes that person realize that the pain would be over soon and somehow, it helps him or her become stronger.

Masarap siya kasi alam mong tumitibay ka. Masarap ‘yung pain na ‘yon kasi alam mo sooner or later ma-oovercome mo siya,” Julia said.

For the actress, dealing with heartbreak today will pay off in the future when the person who experienced it has learned to manage the pain.

She said that such persons shouldn’t lose hope because when they learn to cope and find a different door to open, they will see a new world.
