In an Instagram post, the actress posted a photo of her in white while her face appeared to be gloomy.

In the caption, the prominent celebrity reminded her followers that “it’s okay to not be okay.”

“Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay.. yes, it’s a great way to raise awareness but it shouldn’t just stop on this day. Every day, someone is having their own battle.. it could even be our own selves that refuse to acknowledge it. So it’s always good, to take a moment and pause to check on ourselves and know that it’s okay to not be okay.”

She furthermore wrote, “Please, do not be ashamed to ask for help. I know that is easier said than done… but seeking support from those you trust and love will truly help you.. you don’t have to go through this alone.”

Anne Curtis is a Filipino-Australian model, actress, TV host, and recording artist. She started her career as a child star. One of the films which made her popular was the fantasy movie, “Magic Kingdom”, in which her character was Dahlia, the inspiration for her daughter’s name.

Baby Dahlia then opened the tent and showed herself after her mom exclaimed “peek-a-boo”. The celebrity mom and her lovely baby girl’s adorable playtime likewise garnered endearing comments from netizens.
