In the said video, the Presidential spokesperson could not help but raise his voice in an IATF meeting while opposing a doctor who pleaded to retain Metro Manila under hard lockdown.
Meanwhile, on her Instagram Stories, Angel penned a post where she questioned Roque’s way of raising his concern.
“Naiintindihan ko yung concern para makapaghanap-buhay na ang mga tao. Pero bakit sinermonan yung mga medical workers natin pagkatapos ipatawag para humingi ng opinyon?”

“'Di ba spokesperson siya ng presidente? Siya na rin ba si DOH o employer ng mga medical workers?”
The actress also brought up about the delayed benefits of health workers.
“Ang employee may karapatan sa benefits. Ibigay kaya muna yung benefits na hindi pa nababayaran.”
