Ogie Diaz, 51, has finally addressed the rumors circulating around one of his talents, Liza Soberano, and her boyfriend, Enrique Gil.
On Sunday, August 22, it can be recalled that Liza uploaded a new vlog with Enrique entitled; 'Time For Trivia: Filipino Movie &TV Shows Edition'.
In the vlog, KAMI learned that netizens were sent into a frenzy after spotting the celebrity couple wearing matching rings all throughout the viral vlog.

Following this news, on Monday, August 30, Ogie finally released yet another showbiz update with Mama Loi where they discussed the rumors.

"May suot na identical na ring si Liza Soberano at tsaka si Enrique Gil. So andaming nagtatanong, nay, ano ba 'to? Engaged na ba sila?" Mama Loi began.
Ogie then went on to clarify that the rings were just accessories, "Loi, hindi totoo yan. Hindi, Loi, ako naman feeling ko talaga, si Enrique at si Liza, sila rin ang magkakatuluyan sa ending.
"Oo, pero yung singsing na yan eh hindi totoo. Parang photoshoot yan eh, o vlog, nagba-vlog sila. Andun si Perry, so pinasuot ni Perry kay Liza yung singsing na props."
According to Ogie, Perry is the stylist of Liza who is in charge of the actress's clothes, including accessories as well.
Ogie also admitted to being nervous, "Naloka ako. Syempre maraming nag-tag eh ako 'tong, 'Huh? Ano ba 'to? Totoo ba 'to? Bakit walang sinasabi sakin si Liza? Ako yung manager, hindi ko alam.'
In the video, Ogie said that he immediately contacted Liza over the rumors where the actress clarified that they were wearing the rings on their right hand.
At one point, during the vlog, Ogie sent a hilarious message to the couple, "Liza and Quen, wag niyo naman ako panerbyosin," to which Mama Loi asked if he truly felt nervous about the rumors.
"Ninerbyos ka ba?" Mama Loi asked to which Ogie replied, "Oo, syempre, 'Oh my God, saglit. Baka naman pwedeng pagsapit mo na ng 25, anak.'"

Ogie Diaz is a comedian and a talent manager who is the one handling the career of Liza Soberano. He is also among the most outspoken celebs as he will not mince words when he would comment on something, whether it be in showbiz or politics.
