Senator Manny Pacquiao might have fought his last boxing match after losing to Yordenis Ugas in their WBA welterweight championship yesterday in Las Vegas, Nevada.

KAMI learned that several Filipino celebrities reacted to Manny’s loss to the Cuban boxer.

According to Kris Aquino, she cried while watching Manny apologizing for his performance. Kris told Manny that his real fight is in the Philippines where he is a politician.

Bianca Gonzales also posted about Manny, telling him that he has nothing left to prove as one of the greatest boxers in history.

“For a long time now, he has had nothing left to prove as an athlete, one of the all-time boxing greats. Manny Pacquiao will always be the Pambansang Kamao,” Bianca tweeted.

Gerald Anderson also paid tribute to Manny, posting that the Filipino icon is still his champion despite losing to Ugas.

“Still my champion,” Gerald wrote.

Melai Francisco praised Manny for being a man of God and for doing his best in the fight. She also shared that the fighting senator was one of the godfathers at her wedding.

Manny Pacquiao is an eight-division world boxing champion, considered one of the greatest boxers in history. He also found success as a politician, first becoming a congressman before getting elected as a senator.

The boxer is married to Jinkee Pacquiao and they have five children – Jimuel, Michael, Mary, Queen Elizabeth, and Israel Pacquiao.
