Rica Peralejo has just penned an honest and raw letter about having someone "willing to cry" with her and netizens could not help but turn emotional over it.
On Sunday, August 22, KAMI learned that Rica posted a simple photo of a screenshot, a message which had the words; "You've been through a lot" in it.
"It was actually given to me two years ago, too. When I was in the thick of my issues," Rica began before sharing all the things she has been through.
"I just gave birth, we were transitioning to a new church location, my father had just died, my newborn is a different baby from the first and my breastfeeding was not going great.

"I was busy communicating with breastmilk donors while working on relactation, my firstborn was weaning fast from me, I lost my friends."
According to Rica, she was telling all of her problems to a certain Ms. Ida since the latter was asking for an office report.
"She then excused herself, grabbed tissue from her bag and said, "Sorry, I am crying, I cannot help it, I am sorry… because you’ve been through a lot."
The actress then recalled the emotions she felt and went through upon seeing Ms. Ida cry over her situation afterward.
At the end of her post, Rica emphasized how there are so many people out there who are wary of "sliding down the path of self-pity."
"I share this today thinking of how many people out there are so wary about sliding down the path of self-pity that they’ve taken on the path of extreme inauthenticity and denial instead.
"You’ve been through a lot, and it’s okay to feel sad about it. There is always another day for powering through.
"But today, rest in knowing that the whole world is not in your hands and so it won’t break even when you do."
