Paolo Contis recently took to social media to share good news about his movie entitled “A Faraway Land”.

On his Instagram Stories, the actor said that the movie is now among the most-watched shows on Netflix Philippines.
He also shared a photo of Neflix’s dashboard showing “A Faraway Land” at No. 1.
“Thank you for making us Number 1!!” Paolo wrote tagging Yen Santos and Netflix.

The movie, directed by Veronica Velasco, premiered on the said streaming platform just yesterday, August 19.
Yen, on the other hand, shared an IG story to express how proud she is of the actor.
“Proud of you @paolo_contis,” the actress penned alongside capping and raising hands emojis.

Paolo Contis is a Filipino actor and comedian. He is of Italian descent who appeared as a child actor in the ABS-CBN show "Ang TV". He is currently an artist of GMA Network. He has also won several awards, specifically from PMPC Star Awards. He is living with his longtime partner LJ Reyes and they have one daughter named Summer Ayana.
In a previous report by KAMI, Paolo is no longer following LJ Reyes on Instagram, but LJ Reyes is still following him. A look on his IG account would show that the actor is not following anyone anymore. Netizens also noticed that in Paolo's IG account, photos of LJ could no longer be seen. However, what could be seen are only the photos of Paolo with Summer, his daughter with LJ.
Amid the issue, Paolo promoted on his Instagram page his new romantic movie, “A Faraway Land”. The said movie has started streaming on Netflix on August 19. All scenes of the film were shot in the Faroe Islands, the “paradise” located between Iceland and Norway. Yen Santos, his leading lady, has also unfollowed everyone on her Instagram account despite having two million followers.
