Kylie Versoza recently expressed her willingness to work in a film project even in the midst of the dangers brought about by the pandemic.

The actress said that she’s not used to sitting at home doing nothing and would like to make time useful.

“Ako po talaga as a person hindi ko kayang mag-sitting pretty. Gusto ko talaga magtrabaho at pag wala akong ginagawa maghahanap talaga ako ng gagawin kaya kapag sinasabi nilang mag-taping tayo, game talaga ako as long as gusto ko ‘yung materyal,” Kylie said.

She also said that if the project is good, she’s willing to stake her life at it, though she clarified that her willingness to work amid the health crisis meant she would ignore health and safety protocols.

“I’m willing to risk my life for this. Masasabi ko pa naman na we had a safe experience dito sa pag-shoot namin,” the beauty queen said.

The actress also revealed that her only requirement for such project is that the material should be good.

“Hindi po ako gagawa ng movie para sa mga daring or provocative roles. Dapat po maganda ‘yung materyal, ‘yung direktor, kaya nagpapasalamat po ako sa Viva kasi ganito ‘yung mga gusto kong movie talaga suspense-thriller,” the actress and beauty queen said.

She also took time to thank fellow artists who supported her in the making of “The Housemaid.”

These included Louise delos Reyes, Jaclyn Jose, and Albert Martinez.

The actress said she is very grateful to work with a supporting cast like they had at "The Housemaid."

She also expressed pride in working with Jaclyn, Albert, and Louise.

Kylie Fausto Verzosa is a beauty pageant titleholder, actress, and model from the Philippines. She represented her country in the beauty pageant Miss International 2016 where she became the sixth Filipina to win the Miss International crown.

Last month, the actress dropped a fresh vlog on her YouTube channel titled "How To: Walk like a Beauty Queen." The video featured Ian Mendajar, a runway coach from beauty camp Aces and Queens where a lot of pageant contestants learn how to walk and carry themselves. The beauty queen also revealed that a contestant on a pageant must remember to they are performers. Another tip shared by Miss International 2016 was that one must walk like they are a queen with a crown on their head.

Early this year, Kylie also answered some assumptions made by netizens about her. The beauty queen clarified if she is related to veteran actor Gardo Versoza. She said that she is not related at all to Gardo but that she likes to think they’re “faraway relatives.” Additionally, she shared that she and Gardo have already worked together in a sitcom.
