Ruffa Gutierrez recently shared an important update about her father, Eddie Gutierrez.

She revealed that the veteran actor was diagnosed with prostate cancer.
The actress also shared that Eddie has undergone an operation and it was successful.
“This much I can share : Dad had an operation and it was a success. He has been cleared of prostate cancer. Thank you, Lord!” Ruffa penned.

She was the second runner-up in Miss World 1993 pageant. She has two children, Lorin Gabriella and Venezia Loran with her former husband, Yilmaz Bektas.

According to Ruffa, she experienced a "tornado of emotions” due to said matter. Eddie and Annabelle Rama’s firstborn also shared with the public that has undergone an operation and it was successful.
