Sharon Cuneta, during her virtual press conference, revealed that she has undergone a chest reduction procedure.

"I went to America, right? I gained a bit of weight, but something’s smaller,” she said in a mix of English and Filipino. “I had my chest reduced," said Sharon in GMA News report.
The Megastar then added that after she breastfed Miel, there were only skin and fats. While it may be all natural, it was still skin and fats.
Hence, her best recourse was really to reduce it.
She actually teased about the procedure in an old Instagram post. It was a scene from her movie Revirginized.

Sharon Cuneta admits in a post that she is going through some difficulties right now but declined to mention what it was. She indicated, however, about having lost something or someone and what she has to deal with. Mega said that while she’s going through something now, she does not want her fans to be sad but just the same, asked for prayers. Shawie also revealed that she arrived in the Philippines the day before but she did not say she’s already in the country because of some problems that she needs to hurdle.
Sharon Cuneta has already arrived in the Philippines but there is no way yet for her to embrace her family. Her loving husband, Kiko Pangilinan, visited her but all that they could do is wave at each other. Kiko also sent her flying kisses, which may help ease the longing that the Megastar feels, The photos of his visit to the place where the Megastar was quarantined have gone viral.
