Bea Alonzo has been peppering her Instagram page with her beautiful vacation photos together with her meaningful musings.
On one of her self-reflections, the Kapuso star shared that she has now ascertained the true value and essence of taking the time to smell the proverbial roses.
"'Stop and smell the roses.' When I used to catch this phrase, I could never really understand what it truly means. When I was younger, I used to always chase my dreams, always in a hurry, not entirely absorbing and savoring the things that were happening around me. I was set to achieve my goals, and slowly, I did. But now, looking back, I wish I could've taken the time to enjoy every moment, every victory, every pain, and every milestone. So, today I want to be more mindful and urge myself to take time to smell the roses and savor every moment."
