In the same post, the actress expressed her gratitude to Sadhguru Jagadish Vasudev, Indian yogi, author, and founder of the Isha Foundation, a non-profit spiritual association.

She also thanked the @isha.foundation for reaching out to her during her difficult moments to give her a copy of the new book of the Sadhguru called KARMA and Inner Engineering.

“Sadhguru has always been an important figure to me when it comes to my spiritual journey. I was thrilled when the @isha.foundation reached out to give me a copy of his new book KARMA and Inner Engineering,” Kylie wrote.

The actress then revealed that she has a long way to go when it comes to fixing her emotional conditioning and childhood traumas.

“Lord knows I have a long way to go in correcting childhood traumas and emotional conditioning and many more,” she further wrote in her post.

Finally, Kylie wrote: “I'm no walk in the park,” though she did not further elaborate on what she meant by this.

Many netizens have wondered what the actress meant when she said she’s correcting her “childhood traumas” and “emotional conditioning,” much more her “I’m no walk in the park” statements.

Several days ago, Kylie confirmed that she and husband, Aljur Abrenica, have parted ways. Her recent post might have something to do with her separation but until she confirms it, one could only speculate.
